What is the promotion?

Richmond are giving shoppers the opportunity to win 1 of 5 family holidays, packages including a £6,000 Travel By Inspire holiday gift card and £750 spending money. 

 Entrants will also have the chance to win an instant prize every day! These prizes consist of:

  • 250 x Richmond sausage travel neck pillow 
  • 250 x Richmond sausage lilo 

A maximum of one instant prize will be awarded per person.

 

When is the promotion running?

This promotion is running from 10:00 on 6 October 2025 until 23:59 on 12 January 2026 with max 1 entry per person per day.

 

Who can take part in the promotion?

The promotion is open to residents of the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 or over.

Excluding employees of the promoter, their immediate families or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

 

How do I take part?

To enter, just follow these steps:

  1. Buy a participating pack of Richmond sausages in-store or online.
  2. Scan the QR code on the pack or visit richmondsausages.co.uk/goodtimesgetaway.
  3. Enter your name, email, batch code and upload an image of the front pack of your Richmond sausages pack.

Make sure the image clearly shows the batch code and is not edited or altered.

 

Is there a postal entry option?

Unfortunately not. Entry must be made online. 

 

Which Richmond products are included in the promotion?

The participating products included in this promotion are:

  • Richmond Pork 8-Thick Sausages
  • Richmond Pork 12-Thick Sausages
  • Richmond Pork 12-Thin Sausages
  • Richmond Pork 12-Skinless Sausages
  • Richmond Roast Chicken 8-Sausages
  • Richmond Meat Free 8-Tasty Sausages

 

What do I need to take part in the promotion?

  • To have purchased a participating Richmond pack 
  • An image of the front of your participating Richmond pack, clearing showing the batch code. A participating pack can only be uploaded once, purchase of a new participating pack will be required for each form submission.
  • Internet access and mobile phone.

 

What prizes can I win? 

The prizes up for grabs:

  • 5 x Holiday Packages: £6,000 Travel By Inspire holiday gift card + £750 spending money.
  • 500 Instant Win Prizes:
    • 250 Richmond Sausage Lilos
    • 250 Richmond Sausage Neck Pillows

 

How many times can I enter? 

A maximum of one entry is permitted per person, per day, during the Promotion Period. Each image and batch code can only be used once.

Anyone found attempting to bypass this rule by, for example, using multiple email addresses to enter will be disqualified.

 

How many prizes can I redeem? 

You can win a maximum of 1 x instant win prize during the promotion and 1 x holiday package in the prize draw at the end of the promotion. 

 

How will I know if I have won a holiday package prize?

All valid entries throughout the promotional period will be entered into a prize draw that will take place at the end of the promotional period, for the chance to win 1 of 5 x holiday packages. The provisional winners will be contacted via the email address provided on entry within 7 working days of Winner Selection and asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility.

 

What is included in the holiday package?

The holiday package prizes each consist of a £6,000 TravelCard by Inspire holiday gift cards and £750 spending money, transferred to each winner by bank transfer. 

TravelCards by Inspire are valid for 18 months and subject to the issuer’s terms and conditions which can be found here.

Winners can choose to use their TravelCard to book the holiday of their choice. Winners are responsible for their own passports, visa, insurance and transfer requirements. 

 

How will I know if I have one an instant prize? 

If you win an instant prize, you will be notified instantly on screen after entering. You will be sent an email within 3 working days of your instant win to provide the necessary details to claim your prize.

 

I have not received my prize claim email within 3 working days of my win. Who do I contact?

If you haven’t received your email, please check your junk mail and if you’re still having trouble contact us here: RichmondGetaway@promotioncustomerservices.com.

 

How will I know if my win is valid? 

Winners will provide their address details by clicking on the link in their prize claim email. Their claim is then validated and they will receive a further email with validation or invalidation notification within 14 days of prize claim.

Check your spam/junk folder to avoid missing prize emails!

Prizes will be delivered to the address provided at time of prize claim within 42 days of prize acceptance.

 

What is the mop up draw?

Any unclaimed prizes will go into a mop up draw on 1 March 2026. All non-winning entries are eligible. Winners will be contacted by email and must respond within 14 days.

 

I live in the Republic of Ireland, can I enter the promotion?

Unfortunately not, only residents of the United Kingdom are eligible to take part in this promotion.
