Before you upload your photo, please check the tips below to make sure your image meets our requirements so your entry is accepted.

The pack shot image of the front of the pack must clearly show the batch code. This must be uploaded in .png, .jpeg, or .pdf format (size limited to 20MB).

The entire front of the pack is visible, in focus and well-lit. Make sure no fingers or objects are covering the batch code or any part of the front of pack.

Ensure your camera is properly focused and all text on the pack should be clear and easy to read.

Low lighting or shadows

The pack should not be obscured by shadows or objects. Please use natural light or bright, indirect lighting to capture a clear image, but make sure to avoid glare or reflections on the packaging.

Crumpled, folded or obscured pack

Please smooth out the pack before taking a photo. Do not upload photos where the pack is crumpled, creased, folded or obscured by another object. Wrinkles may obscure the batch code or key information needed to validate your entry.
